Heated Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy the heated pool year-round or relax in the evenings in the bubbling hot tub/spa.

Waterfront Living: The property is located on a sailboat-access canal with direct Gulf access (no bridges), perfect for boaters.

Private Dock & Kayaks: You are welcome to bring your boat or rent one locally to use the private dock. We also provide kayaks for peaceful paddles through the neighborhood waterways.

Screened-In Lanai: A spacious, furnished lanai perfect for dining, lounging, and enjoying beautiful sunset views.

This home is professionally managed by Coconut Key Vacation Rentals to ensure a smooth, worry-free stay. Our team is available to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit. We respect your privacy and will not be present at the property unless assistance is requested.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Pool Heating: Pool heat is an optional amenity that can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. The maximum temperature is set to 88°F. Please be aware that the pool temperature will vary depending on weather conditions, and the heater does not run 24/7. During colder weather, the pool may not reach the maximum temperature.
