Welcome to your perfect relaxing getaway in a quiet Southeast Cape Coral neighborhood! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for comfort and making memories with your favorite people.

The main living room features a large sectional sofa, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring, while the modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for your home-cooked meals. Enjoy your creations in the dedicated dining area.

Your group of up to nine guests will have plenty of room to spread out and rest comfortably across our well-appointed bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A spacious room with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom (shower only).
Bedroom 2: A cozy room with a queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or friends, this room features a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Additional Sleeping: A pull-out sofa is available in the backroom for extra flexibility.

A second full bathroom with a bathtub serves the common areas and guest rooms.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the beautiful, screened-in lanai and tropical backyard. Spend your days lounging on the covered patio or taking a refreshing dip in your very own private saltwater pool. It`s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The Neighborhood

Our home is nestled in a peaceful and quiet residential area of SE Cape Coral, offering a tranquil retreat from the everyday. When you`re ready to explore, you`re just minutes from a great selection of local restaurants, bars, and shops.

For a day of sun and sand, the beautiful shores of Fort Myers Beach are only 14 miles away, making for an easy and fun day trip.

Important Information

Please note that while the saltwater pool is heated, it is not a hot tub. During cooler weather, especially when outside temperatures drop below 50 degrees, the water may still feel cool to the touch even with the heater running. We want to ensure you have clear expectations for your poolside enjoyment.

Please note we have exterior security cameras in both the front of the house and in the back of the house. The one in the back of the house is at the corner but can see part of the pool area.

Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee

Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less then 14 days before check in
No parties or large gatherings allowed
Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to down
If you move furniture please put back where originally found
Please take trash out to trash bin at the side of the house- if staying at property on Tuesday please take trash bin to the end of the driveway for pick up either Tuesday morning or Monday evening.
Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges. Weapons are not allowed on property.
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.
