Additional information:

The pool is heated FREE of charge for all guests. The pool is heated via a combination of electric & solar, and ranges between 83-89 degrees. Due to this being an outdoor pool, the temperature may fluctuate depending on the current weather conditions. If the air temperature is cold, the pool may lose heat overnight and not hold our standard set of 83 degrees. If this happens, there is nothing that the host can do to change the temperature of the water. The pool pump and heating system are set to run for 8-10 hours during the day.

Limited complimentary essentials are available for guests to use throughout your stay! These will include, coffee, snacks, dog treats, cleaning supplies, propane, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and garbage bags. These are limited essentials so guests planning for longer stays or those in larger groups may need to restock as needed.

Keyless Entry, you will receive 4-digit code to access the front door and security system 24 hours prior to check in. Simply enter your code to unlock the door, press the large button on the keypad to lock the door. During your stay I will be available in person or via phone-text to address any questions or guest needs from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Pets: Your fur babies are welcome with a paid pet fee of $129:00, dogs only, 2 max.



fur babies are not allowed on the furniture, bedding, or in the pool.







Please note... Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Absolutely no gatherings or events over 8 persons allowed during the day or overnight without prior approval. If rules are violated, your stay may be terminated upon notice and without any refund.  Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside of the home.
