  • Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a real bed for all six of you, with a private saltwater pool out back and Matlacha Island about 10 minutes down the road. This northwest Cape Coral home is ready the moment you walk in.

    Make a Splash!
    Your backyard is a little tropical hideaway: a sparkling saltwater pool ringed by lush native plants, with loungers for sunbathing and a table under an umbrella for meals outside. Spend the afternoon cooling off and stay out for dinner by the pool. No crowded hotel pool required!

    The doors that open onto the pool have alarms, so you'll know if a little one heads outside.

    Room to Relax. Space to Make Memories.
    The king suite opens straight onto the pool and has its own TV and a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a view of the pool and its own half bath with an outside door, handy for swimmers. The third bedroom has two twin beds, just right for kids or extra guests.

    Natural light fills the open living space. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and a center island with bar seats, plus all the essentials for cooking, so breakfast in and dinner at home are easy.

Wonderful Hosts and Stay!

We absolutely loved this house! It was so comfortable and welcoming from the time we stepped in the front door. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating! If in this area again, we would definitely reserve this same spot!

Place was a good stay especially someone with a budget but they don’t advertise that the AC unit is locked out at 72 degrees. I reached out as we are used to sleeping at 69 degrees. They basically said the AC would freeze so don’t touch it, but instead we would sweat to death all night. It was very uncomfortable and that should be added to their listing as I wouldn’t have booked it. I don’t think anyone has been in it for a while as it had a stale smell of no movement for a while. Otherwise was okay stay. It got the job done for our moving situation but definitely wouldn’t consider a romantic getaway place lol

Long weekend getaway

We rented the house for a long weekend and the place was absolutely perfect! Great location, very clean, quite community, plenty of room, house is stocked with everything needed for a short or long stay, pool was great and checking in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was great prior to going and while we were there! Would definitely rent this house again next time we are in the area!

Perfect even the weather.

New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.

Great Place! - Very Clean!

Stayed for a week with family over Thanksgiving. The place is great. One of the best rentals we have ever had. Cleanliness is very important to us and this property is very clean and well taken care of. Located in great neighborhood. Owners (Bruno and Mary) were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, to be a bit better…needs handrail into pool and a pool cover. Hard to warm up in the winter. Managers very accommodating. Very convenient location. Very quiet area.

The highlight of this years rental was the courtesy and professional manner in which Bruno and Mary handled our stay. We had a wonderful two-week stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything about the process was easy and seamless, from booking to check-in.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the private pool—absolutely serene and well-maintained. We opted for the 15-hour daily pool heating, and it was worth every penny, keeping the water at the perfect temperature for morning and evening swims.The beds were very comfortable, and the home had all the amenities we needed for a stress-free stay. The location was ideal—close to everything, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

renters should know

the house was amazing; HOWEVER, renters need to be aware of the construction next door and across the street. There were workers less than 200 ft. from the backyard which made it impossible to relax by the pool. Jackhammers and other loud equipment Monday-Friday. Overall, the house was everything I'd hoped.... beautiful, state of the art appliances, and cleanliness. If I could have picked up the property and moved to another location, my stay would have been perfect!!

Wonderful time at Villa Sandle!

We had such a wonderful thanksgiving holiday at Villa Sandle! The house was exactly as expected and super clean. Check-in was very easy and we had everything we needed—plenty of towels, plates, cups, even toiletries. The pool was perfect and a definite plus for our family. We hope to come again the next time we’re in Cape Coral!

A WONDERFUL TRIP
