The Space:

The screened lanai is a standout gathering spot, featuring a heated saltwater pool with soothing water features, comfortable lounge seating, and an outdoor TV for entertainment while you relax. As afternoon gives way to evening, gather around the custom stone high-top fire table, with seating for six, and enjoy a favorite drink beneath the Florida sky.



Along the canal, a private gazebo offers a peaceful place to take in spectacular western sunsets. Ambient lighting creates a warm atmosphere after dark, making it an inviting spot to linger and enjoy the waterfront scenery. For outdoor meals, fire up the high-end Recteq smoker and savor a leisurely cookout in your own tropical setting.



There's plenty to enjoy throughout the property, with pool toys, yard games, and fishing gear available for outdoor fun. Planning a beach day? Chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a stroller, and sand toys help make outings easier. A high chair and Pack 'n Play are also provided for younger guests.

Pool & Spa Heating Terms & Conditions



Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request heating.



The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F, and the spa is heated to a target temperature of 102°F. These are desired temperatures, not guaranteed temperatures. Heating performance depends on outdoor weather conditions, and the pool and spa may not reach or maintain their target temperatures during periods of cold weather.



Pool Heating & Weather Conditions



The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate effectively. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain 85°F.



Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. The spa also depends on the heater's operating conditions and may take longer to reach or maintain its 102°F target during colder weather.

Before Adding Pool & Spa Heat



We strongly recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay before deciding whether to purchase heating. Although Southwest Florida is generally warm, cold fronts can bring significantly lower temperatures, especially from December through February, which may reduce heating performance.



Heating fees apply once the service has been requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperatures ultimately reached. By requesting pool and spa heat, guests acknowledge that heating performance is weather-dependent and that neither the pool's 85°F target nor the spa's 102°F target is guaranteed.
