This villa offers idyllic water views from its spectacular corner peninsula location in the popular Surfside/Beach Pkwy neighborhood of southwest Cape Coral near beautiful mangroves. The location in the quiet, tasteful neighborhood allows for a stress-free, relaxing vacation.

Within walking distance is Sands Park with free courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, Golf Putting green and cornhole. There are also BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground.

You can start adventurous excursions from your boat dock. Whether it's a boat trip to scenic Sanibel or Captiva beaches, a day trip to Fort Myrers Beach, or a kayaking trip through Cape Coral's charming canals, the choice is yours.

When you return from your discovery tour, why not challenge friends and family to a table tennis or "cornhole" match.
For relaxation there are sun loungers available for you right by the water or by the pool to watch the breathtaking sunsets. Prepare a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, which you can enjoy at the dining table next to the pool.

On hot summer days you can take a swim in the pool and relax in the covered lanai area. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes. The large sliding doors to the living area allow for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor, bathing the living room in bright light. Lovingly and newly furnished, comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, dining area and kitchen await you.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a Nespresso machine and stainless steel appliances. So nothing stands in the way of cooking evenings together. The marble-look quartz countertop is particularly pretty.

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms. Sleep in a king-size bed in the master suite - from here you have direct access to the pool deck. The attached bathroom offers a bath tub and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
