Villa Magic Summer has been carefully renovated during the Winter of 2014 and has ever since been maintained with great love and passion.

The family friendly home welcomes kids up to 6 years for free. There's a baby bed and a high chair at the house you can use for free.

An ample swimming pool with a small waterfall, a boat dock with a great view and a platform to take in the sun and watch the numerous fish and animals in the canals await Florida-fans. The pool can be heated by solar energy as well as electrically. The big old palms around the house offer a great sense of privacy. Enjoy your lunch, dinner or a cool drink at the bar-table, the Lanai-table or on the dock of the house and soak up the moment. Grill your perfect juicy American steak or a freshly caught fish from the canal and enjoy the ambience.

Aspire to determine how many animals live here in the canal - many fish, small turtles, and with a little luck you can watch dolphins or manatees.

Large window/sliders in the living room can be fully opened and transform the living area into an extended terrace. The modern, white tile flooring throughout the house and the noble furniture guarantee a holiday feeling as soon as you enter the house for the first time.

An integrated sound system can be connected to the tablet, iPhone or iPad as well as other mobile phones. Listen to your favorite music everywhere you like!

Villa Magic Summer offers a homeoffice with a printer and internet connection. Of course a highspeed WLAN is available at the house (indoors and outdoors)

The open and modern living kitchen is is fully equipped. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine waiting for you! Don't forget to order your favorite pods online before you get to the house. Watch the sun rise behind the horizon and have your first morning coffee at the kitchen counter. The sparkling water of the canal and the tranquility will make this moment ever lasting.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to the pool area. The master bath with bathtub and spacious shower is modern and timeless. The junior bedroom and guest bedroom each have a queen size bed. The junior bedroom has direct access to the Lanai and shares a WC/shower with the guest bedroom. The house offers 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests.

Sporting aces will love to hear that there are 5 bicycles and 4 Kayaks with life vests available to use for free at Villa MagicSummer- always at your own risk.

The rental of a boat is optional. In 30 minutes you are on the Caloosahatchee River and the Intercoastal Waterway. Explore by boat the islands of Sanibel and Captiva or Fort Myers Beach - certainly a recommendable experience here in the Venice of America.

In a few minutes you can reach the port and the nearby shopping. Publix, Walmart and Duffy Sports Bar are reachable within a few minutes by bike or car.
