Welcome to the beautiful, water front home we call Sunhaven Villa! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly renovated Gulf access two story villa with views of the Caloosahatchee River! Natural light and vaulted ceilings abound in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beauty centrally located in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood just down the street from a boat launch and park. Relax by the open air saltwater and heated pool, or look for dolphins or manatees waving hello from the canal! Bring your fishing poles and fish right from the patio, or rent a boat and cruise to Ft Meyers, Sanibel or Captiva Islands. You will be able to catch the sunset from the patio while you are grilling dinner and the kids are swimming, as we face west and get the most beautiful sunsets. The possibilities are endless!
Each bedroom is fully equipped with their own TV's, ceiling fans, box fans, comfortable beds and linens, and black out curtains. There are books and toys in the bunk room for the kids, and a whole slew of games for the family to play under the downstairs coffee bar. Bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner stocked for you.
The kitchen is equipped with every utensil, a Vitamix blender for your morning smoothies, a Keurig and coffee pot for your caffeine fix, a crock pot, hand mixer, wine glasses, coffee tumblers, and glass and plastic cups and plates. And if you bring a baby, we have a pack n play for you, life jackets, a high chair, bibs, bottles, and sippy cups!
Life jackets and 2 kayaks are available at the house for your use in the canal. You will love getting out on the quiet waters, and maybe you will get up close to a dolphin or manatee! Our saltwater pool is always warm year round, as we heat it in winter months. For your peace of mind, the entire pool deck is surrounded by a fence, so you don't have to worry about little ones wandering over to the canal. It has a deep end and shallow end, so everyone is happy! We have a great pool maintenance service which keeps the water sparkling clean.
After catching the beautiful sunset, turn on the fire table, watch the stars come out, and make some s'mores with the family!
Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, where the neighbors are very friendly. At the end of the street is a boat launch where you can launch your boat, and we have tie ups at the house for you to keep your boat securely tied up right at the house for easy access.
In the garage, you will find a Wii with Super Mario Brothers games to play, a couch, bean bags, a dart board, a bumper pool table, corn hole toss set, and a golf putter.
As for the beach, in the garage there are 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, cooler, water cooler, and sand toys for your use. We have lots of pool and beach towels for you as well!
And after a long day of sun and play, there is a full washer and dryer for your use!
