VRCC Villa Mango

Villa Mango is located in Cape Coral's southwestern location, very quiet and away from other major streets. The southern exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. The adjoining canal has the maximum width in Cape Coral. Privacy to the neighbors is given not only on land side by the beautifully landscaped garden, but by the wide channel also water side.

Our vacation villa was extensively renovated in 2020 and has a generous 2400 sqf floor space. The pool area extends the width of the house and offers sun lovers a lot of space. The pool has been built a bit further from the house to guarantee sunshine on the pool from morning to evening. If you are looking for shade, there is enough space to relax under the large canopy on the terrace. For excessive sun lovers we have a big sun deck down by the tiki hut. Fishermans will have a great time here. The mangroves are just 500ft from here. You can expect all the various fish species the Gulf of Mexico offers.

Of course you can book a suitable boat for the house. Boaters get their money's worth at this house. You have very quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Long tours through the almost endless channel system are no longer necessary. You will be on the open water in 20 minutes. We therefore recommend using the in-house boat, which can be booked separately.

The conversion of the villa was characterized by the idea to make the house bright, spacious and open. From the light-flooded living area you get into all rooms. Our kitchen has been designed to be open and offers all the amenities you could wish for, including espresso machine, icemaker and all new kitchen appliances. In the living area you will find a large TV with Comcast cable TV.

The 2 master bedrooms also have their own TV. The master bedroom number 1 is very spacious and offers a great view down the canal. With 2 queen size beds it gives you the opportunity to host 4 guests in this bedroom or a couple can have 2 big beds without sleeping separated. The associated master bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. Equipped with a large shower and bath, it offers plenty of space.

The second bedroom also provides best water views and direct access to the pool.

The second bathroom has a large shower and is located between the other two bedrooms.

Bedroom number 3 also contains a tv and a queen size bed.

Bedroom number four has 2 twin beds and no tv.

On site you will be looked after by the local property management. They are always available and can help in any matter.
