This fully stocked and beautifully furnished, waterfront Villa with western exposure features an oversized heated pool and spa, 2 kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles and a dartboard for great entertainment. Located in the heart of downtown Cape Coral, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, yet nestled in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Sleeps 9 - 1 dog allowed


We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.

Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.

One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.

In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
