Pool Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Great location!

We have family that reside in the Buckingham area of Lehigh Acres and this was the perfect location for our stay. This property is close to the NON TOLL BRIDGE for easy travel between Cape Coral and Fort Myers. And since it is located at the north end of Cape Coral, the traffic isn’t nearly as heavy as it is in south Cape Coral. Grocery stores other shops are a very short distance from the house, but when you are at the property it is in a lovely development which is very peaceful. The house is lovely and clean spending su.

Awesome Property

The property was extremely clean when we arrived. The check-in process was very easy and accurate. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to move around and the bedrooms were a great size. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Family Vaca

We had a wonderful time in the house. The house was well stocked and lots of room for everyone. It was close to everything so the location was good. We did have an issue with the pool. We paid ahead for the pool to be heated. When we arrived the pool level was down about 6 inches and ice cold. We called the property manager and we were told there was already a work order for the pool and someone would be out that day. They called us back and told us that the maintenance person was behind but was still coming. He asked us to check and see if the water was turned on for the pool. We checked and it was not, he asked if we would turn on the water that would give the maint. person a head start on the issue. The maint. person got there about 7:30 that evening and the reason the pool heat wouldn't come on was because the pool water level was two low. It took until the next morning before the pump and heater finally came on. The pool was nice but definitely needs work, as we had to turn the water on daily to keep the water level where it needed to be. The pool guy came and the chlorine was at 0, he added more but told us the pool needs to get fixed and the owner was aware.The house furnishing could be updated, chair cushions, dining table chairs and rugs.So aside from having to babysit the pool we really did enjoy our stay. February 2025 Stay

This home was very clean on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with any necessary cooking/ serving items. Easy and smooth arrival process. Called in for broken toaster and to have pool heater/ pool area lighting checked on Sunday (we arrived early Saturday evening) Unclear when someone would be coming out to check on this. Toaster was replaced and light bulbs were replaced in all 3 light fixtures on lanai on Monday afternoon after we called for clarification on service request. We were told that pool heater was working fine. It was not until the middle of stay that we felt the pool was warmer. Pool Cleaners came on Friday and pool heat was shut off. Pool was very cold, and we could not use the pool on Friday night. Unfortunate since we paid extra to have the pool heated for the entire stay. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time in the home.

House was very clean upon arrival and it was located in close proximity to all of our adventures. There were a couple minor safety hazards and a separate note was sent to Global. Overall, we loved the house and had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Home, very friendly neighborhood.

The home was very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was safe and the neighbors very friendly. We were within 20 minutes of any of our places to visit. The managment team was very responsive to our service calls and had repairs done quickly. I would only recommend a starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper for incoming guests. It's sometimes impossible to get to the grocery store upon arrival. A toilet paper roll dispenser in the master bath and shower caddy for shampoos and soaps as well are needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. One other suggestion would be a Keurig coffee maker. Thank you for two beautiful weeks.

Comfy VRBO Home with Great View

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and clean and had an infinity pool that overlooks a peaceful canal. Quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and shopping. (Try Twisted Lobster! The food was great and it’s nearby). Everything we needed was included on the property including pool floats. Nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Beautiful view of sunset. Customer service from management company was A+. You need to stay here!

Excellent home. Excellent property management.

We stayed here for two weeks. We were a bit skeptical at first because this home was new to VRBO with no reviews, but we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Very comfortable home, just as advertised. We had a small issue with the pool operation when we arrived at 9pm. They had someone on site the next morning and he went above and beyond to make it perfect. I would highly recommend this a property or any other that the real estate management group manages. T-ZONE
