The space
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a well-designed vacation home. This rental features 3 bedrooms each with its own Queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms. One of them Jack&Jill, 3-way accessible.
Blue Sand Villa can comfortably accommodate six guests, with Den - room with a pool table (billiard) for entertainment.
An open floor plan gives you enough space, if you are traveling with family and friends, but also plenty of privacy in locked bedrooms.
Tile throughout the main floor keeps the house cool in hot weather.
Fast Wi-Fi so you can stream, work and play as much as you wish.

The entire house is private and for your use.
Living room with comfy large couches, dining area, den with pool table (billiard) and fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry.
The interior of the vacation home offers everything you might possibly need. Large and small appliances are available for your convenience.
All towels, linens, beach towels, kitchen pots & pans, dishes, etc are provided. There is an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent & laundry detergent.

- 6 people are included in the rental rate
- every additional person $20.-- per night + Tax
- I suggest you to take inexpensive one-time insurance (damage waiver) for a peaceful stay.
- This vacation home is pet free, although you can always ask, because we love pets :0)
