Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed + twin bed.
Bedroom 4: Queen daybed, TV, workspace.
Bedrooms 2–4 share a bathroom.

Bedroom 5: Private guest suite off the pool area with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. A TV on wheels can be used in the suite or outdoor living space.

For groups over 11, please reach out (living room couch converts to a sleeper sofa).

Property is on a closed canal (no Gulf access).

Guests have access to the entire property!

We provide guests with an access code 24 hours before check-in. We are happy to answer any questions guests might have during their stay! Our local team is available to address concerns/issues.

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 5 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.
Please reach out for approval if you have more than 2 pets. Please keep pets out of the pool.
