« We got in late but the owner was quite understanding and made us feel at home. Everything was clean and functioning. Next morning, the breakfast was very good and our host sat down and chatted for awhile. Very interesting local stories about the revolutionary and civil wars wars. Before we left, we got a few recommendations for restaurants in our next stop. Very nice overall. »

« This wonderful duplex is in the historic district a few blocks from the beach, the downtown and the park. The home was much larger than we expected and had everything we needed. The owners have done a nice job of maintaining the integrity of this 1915 house while updating it into a comfortable rental property. Anna responded quickly to all correspondence and checked in with us on arrival. »

« We had a great time! House was very clean. Very accurate to what we saw in the listing. Almost everything was within walking distance: 2 blocks to Main St which had great restaurants/shops/ice cream, 3 blocks to the beach, and 1 block to a great public park for dog walking, soccer, playground, and fountain with splash pad. Beach was excellent for paddle boarding or floats, sand was soft, and kids loved finding hermit crabs. Great front porch for morning coffee. Outdoor shower was awesome...

Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property.
