« The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had...

« Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! « My husband and I enjoyed this location for venturing out and exploring different parts of the Cape. The cottage is well appointed with everything in a tidy spot. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to reach and made our stay carefree. « I stayed at the cottage for a couples getaway weekend. Greg and Maureen were so kind and welcoming. The cottage was adorable and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better (only 7 minutes from downtown Main St in Hyannis). I highly recommend! »

« The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. »
