« We had a very late check in time, supposedly for cleaning, of which there was very little. Tried to contact caretaker for a vacuum cleaner but had no response. Cleaned as best we could to make it liveable. Drains were all blocked. Contacted Holiday Travel (managers) who were helpful and organised a plumber very quickly.
