Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« Hotel is aging, has seen a lot of use, housekeeping not so good, breakfast good, even numbered rooms are quieter as they don't face the noisy Costco loading dock with its early morning truck deliveries. »

« We stayed for 5 days and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, for 3 of those days we had no hot water at all. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a multi-day stay where guests are paying for comfort and basic accommodations. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. « Room was at the end of the hall questioned about the outside door had know locks. Was told they lock it at 8:00 pm, will at 11:00 my husband got up because of a noise door was open. TV , hair dryer and vent in the bathroom broke complained wouldn't move us. So we checked out. Needs to do alot of improvement. »
