The space
Come relax & entertain at our charming mid-century modern Nantucket styled cottage! Nearby the lake, New Braunfels, Gruene, Fredericksberg, Enchanted Rock, and so many other Hill Country gems! Our 2nd story deck provides a near 180 degree of Canyon Lake, TX. Enjoy the stunning & perfectly framed sunsets from our covered deck with fans!

1,800sq ft house sits on 4 lots, with empty lots to each side of the house on our side of the street. Perfect for a semi-secluded feeling and plenty of outdoor space. Plenty of parking (even for boat trailers).

Main living area is upstairs. Includes master king bedroom on suite bathroom, two queen guest bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom. Open concept kitchen & dining area with bar opening to the dining/living area with 42” Smart Roku TV. Living area and dining open up to large view deck.

Lower deck has views of the trees and semi-secluded hot tub area. Small sitting areas off hot tub deck. Further out off the deck is a propane firepit area to enjoy the outdoors and roast marshmallows under the stars.

Separated by outdoor deck stairs, the downstairs living area has a king bedroom, a large 2nd living / flex room with 50” Smart TV, couch, and 2 queen sleeper sofas (linens are provided under the bed storage). We also have some seating and game table (along with the washer/dryer/2nd fridge). We recommend younger children sleep upstairs with family, since the two levels are separated by an exterior door & exterior stairs. Although most of the house (bath, kitchens, view decks) are upstairs, the downstairs is somewhat wheelchair friendly with large half bathroom door and plenty of space in the bathroom to maneuver. **We are planning to add a 3rd shower stall in the corner of this bathroom in the near future.**

Other things to note
**We do charge additional cleaning & trash fees for larger groups, events, bachelor/bachelorette.** Please contact us with as much detail about your event as possible.

We require a liability waiver signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & outdoor noise disturbances.

We love for you to enjoy and celebrate, but we charge a $75 cleaning fee for confetti or glitter found on property.

We ask that you please clean up after your pets. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover any damage pets may leave and we charge a $15 poop fee (potentially more if there are multiple pets worth).

Please do not move any furniture. If you do, please move it back. We charge a $20 minimum furniture moving fee if we arrive and furniture is out of place.
