We welcome commercial photography and filming with prior approval. Proof of liability insurance is required, and a location fee may apply. Guests must follow all house rules, limit crew size, and treat the property with care. Please contact us in advance to discuss your project and get approval.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet away from the doors. Please be respectful to the property and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
A $250 cleaning fee may apply if smoking occurs indoors.

We’re happy to host small, respectful gatherings with prior approval!
• Please limit the total number of guests to 12 or fewer.
• Kindly keep music and noise at a reasonable level, especially outdoors.
• All gatherings must end by 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
