« We had an amazing time! My daughter and five of her friends found this place by chance. I originally booked another property to celebrate their senior year but had to make new arrangements due to unfinished construction at the other place. It was a blessing in disguise because this house is absolutely gorgeous, well stocked, had everything we needed and so much more. Check-in was a breeze and directions were left on how to use everything.The girls took the kayaks and peddle boat out every day...

« This home is what we expected. The guest house does not have beds for couples. The only downside in our stay was that I was told numerous times to read the folder, which we all did. The folder 1st said to put towels and sheets in the tub. The next point said wash and dry towels. Since we left before 7 it was impossible to wash and dry towels. (the owner told me it was in the VRBO directives). There would be a $10 charge since we did not wash and dry the towels, because that is what her cleaning...

« We returned back to my husbands home town for a celebration of life and reunion of family and friends. Location was very ideal & provided beautiful lake views. Loved the convience of having a guest house with its own lake view patio Providing additional living space and privacy for couples. « There were brand new high end paddle boards my kids loved!! My kids were in the water the whole time! We took the kayaks out multiple times, and saw lots of fish and birds flying around the lake. The Adirondack chairs were nice to relax on at night or watch the kids in water. The house was nice and clean and fresh. Super comfy for our large group of 12. Had everything we needed, thank you we will be back!! »

« We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend. »

« Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer! »

« Enjoyed our stay right in the water front. If you take your boat, the boat launch that is not far from the house will not allow you to turn around to launch your boat. Owner of the house was super helpful and very sweet! She called to make sure we made it ok and called the day we left to thank us for staying.
