« Loved this property! Annette was an excellent host. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The AC works great. The views are amazing. Everything you need is in the apartment- plenty of towels, extra bedding, beach chairs, kitchen stuff, etc. The gated security is great and we felt very safe. Once we backed up a toilet, and the property manager sent someone immediately to fix it. Also, this unit is very quiet. We did not hear any street...

« The hosts were very nice and communicative. The property was very easy to find and we felt very safe there. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and there was plenty of room for the six of us. There was a bathroom in every bedroom, which was very convenient including a half bath on the first floor. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend this condo for a place to stay, especially with a group of people. »

« Room was very spacious, clean and had amazing views. Beds were very hard but not sure if that’s all Costa Rica’s beds. The place was amazing but it was a far drive to the beach and beach club. It took 10-15 minutes in a car to get there. Host was fast to respond to questions. We could not eat at the Westin resort and could only get a reservation 1 night out of the 4 at the W. They would not take reservations from Reserva Conchal. Very limited sports to each in the gated community, only beach...

"Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec vue sur piscine de peur d’avoir une vue sur parking .mais nous avions une vue sur un mur et juste derriĂšre ce mur se trouvait la piscine et son bar trĂšs bruyant ( musique de 10:00 Ă  18:00 + cris adultes et enfants ) Le lendemain nous avons Ă©tĂ© relogĂ© dans une chambre plus grande et avec vue sur le jardin ( toujours cĂŽtĂ© piscine ) en rez de jardin . L’hĂŽtel est Ă  20 m de l’ocĂ©an. Le petit dĂ©jeuner n’est pas extraordinaire ( jamais de mangue et toujours les mĂȘmes fruits pas forcĂ©ment savoureux ( papaye et pastĂšque) . Le restaurant de l’hĂŽtel ferme Ă  21:00 ( comme la plupart des restaurants en ville d’ailleurs ) Le SPA est trĂšs cher . Et toujours ces personnes qui viennent rĂ©server les transats en y mettant leur serviette dĂ©s le matin . De plus il n’y a pas assez de transats pour le nombre d’occupants 
tout le personnel est adorable . Pas beaucoup de pression pour l’eau chaude des lavabos . Beaucoup de personnel dĂ©diĂ© Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ© et surveillance . "
