« This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! We also spent alot of time at the property, between exploring the orchard, watching wildlife that visited each day, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub area, with beautiful ocean...

« Our family of 7 stayed here comfortably. It was clean and in a great location with gorgeous views! It is walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient! Emiliano was our concierge and he was great, communicated clearly and ensured we had everything we needed. « The property matched the listing in terms of space and number of guests, but it felt old and not as clean as expected. The pool wasn’t well maintained, very deep, and not safe for families with small children. We also had frogs in our room and a lot of small lizards, which made the stay uncomfortable. The grill was tricky to use and unsafe without instructions. we almost got burned twice. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host did refund us for the nights we left...

« Belle maison avec superbe vue sur l'océan. Trois chambres à l'étage, une avec un lit deux places, une avec trois lits deux places, et une avec deux lits deux places. Au rez de chaussé, cuisine ouverte sur l'extérieur. Deux petites chambres communicantes, avec un lit une place dans chaque. Nous avions réussi à rapprocher les deux lits dans la même chambre pour le couple qui dormait la. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très appréciable pour se rafraîchir, et les enfants ce sont beaucoup amusé...

« We had a wonderful stay here! For much of your stay, we had the pool to ourselves. Loved the a/c in the bedrooms and kitchen had all the basics so we could cook a few meals. Morning coffee on the deck was lovely with all the wildlife. The macaw family was a highlight. Johan was excellent to communicate with. »

« We had a great stay with our three teenagers. House was just as advertised. We saw monkeys every morning and every evening, toucans, macaws, and even a sloth right from the living room. Bedrooms were spacious and the AC in the bedrooms worked great and kept the spaces cool. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. »

Jorge, the concierge, was extremely helpful with everything we needed. The cleaning/property maintenance crew was top notch, and the chef service was amazing.
