« Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....

« The stay at the villa was wonderful, a very short walk from the sea, private parking, from the balcony you can see a lot of green views and treetops. The personal pool was perfect and the hospitality of the owner was great. The house itself is very beautifully decorated and located in a very quiet area. I enjoyed every moment and look forward to coming back again »

« Too Bad the description of The house was not the reality: the house is actually Twin with another, which is never said. There are not 2 bathrooms plus à separate toilet but only one bathroom including shower and toilet And one separate toilet. No microwave, no dishwasher, no laundry dryer And a shared washing machine. If you are lucky with quiet neighbors as we were, it is ok. View is amazing. »

« It was fantastic, we really appreciated being on the beach for enjoying the beach, the view and sunsets. Quite central location for any activities or visits around. The whole family enjoyed the stay in this lovely property, with great daily cleaning service and welcoming house manager. Only the AC needed some repair (which have v’been made during our stay) and bathroom are a little aged. »

« This house is uniquely located surrounded by jungle, but easily walkable to town / beach. We enjoyed the pool and watching the monkeys make their way through the tree line surrounding the house. We did not use transportation during our five night stay. We walked to town for groceries, meals, beach, etc. - within 10 minute walks. « We loved the house. Its unique design includes a pool that runs down the center of the home. Bedrooms and living area are on either side. Its casual design is great for outdoor living. Each night we gathered on the lawn to watch the sunset. The property feels very private, yet you are just a few blocks from the grocery store and restaurants. « Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!! »
