« The condo is huge with 3 large bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped including a milk frother! Books, games and beach chairs available. Washing and drying machine.The grocery store is next door which is very convenient. A nice bakery is less than 100m away. tye access to the beach is quick and easy. It is about a 2 minute walk. I strongly recommend! »

« This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious.The property manager was very reaponsive, to the few concerns/issues we had. She was on top of everything. Like all houses, things sometimes go wrong, we had the heater in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, she right away sent the electrician and tried all she could to get it fixed. And since it was...

« This condo is amazing!! The view is just spectacular! There is everything you need and more in the kitchen, the air conditioning in every room works very well and the place is so spacious. We were a family of 8 (2 parents, 4 grand-parents and 2 children (3 and 6 yo)) and everyone loved it! The Beach is only 100m walk away (downhill and up Hill on the way back). Our favorite spot of the trip yet. And the village is close by too. »

« The owner promised TWO beds. There was only one. This would have been a great experience for a couple in a relationship. It was terrible for one of us to sleep on a couch that a small dog would be uncomfortable on! The place was nice, yet the broken promise tainted what would have been 100% »

« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour La communication avec la propriétaire s’est passé et l arrivée s’est bien déroulé L’emplacement est parfait Quelques minutes de marche de la plage Prêt des restos, épiceries ect Pratiquement pas besoin de prendre la voiture Le condo est grand et les espaces communes Sont bien aménagé La cuisine est bien équipé Il manque de rien ! »

« L’hébergement compte 5 logements. L’emplacement, la zone extérieure, la piscine, les chaises longues, les hamacs, le confort des lits ont rendu ce séjour formidable. Par contre, la propreté des salles de bains et de tous les accessoires de cuisine laissaient grandement à désirer. Nous avons tout lavé avant l’utilisation. « We enjoyed six nights at this beautiful property. The walk from town is very steep (even our rental SUV struggled when we drove), but the trade off to 'being up high' is beautiful views and a much-needed breeze. The pool and rooftop are great. You get a better view of the sunset from the condo than from the beach.Note that the futons are not very comfortable, but they are fine for an occasional night.AC worked great (and was very needed!)As one of the ground floor units, there is limited privacy...

« We had a really nice stay. The location was great. Close to Guiones and Garza beaches. Apartment was brand new, very clean and modern. Well furnished. 24hr security. Nice pool, generator back up for power, recycling and compost. There is a shared workspace in the complex for anyone wanting to work (we did not use it). Very responsive owner. Easy checkin process. "Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
