« This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday...

« Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

Santos was very helpful even he is only Spanish and we were only English, we still communicated with each other. Everyone should know that the facility is 25 min outside of La Fortuna other than that a great place to stay great pool and a little hiking in the back of property »

« Common area is OK, pool needs to be redone as there’s paint chipping throughout. The people who work here are very nice, the food is good. The actual unit is in terrible shape. Would not recommend. Put together shotty. Paint and cement chips throughout the balcony and no seating on the balcony, furnishings are cheap laminate, bathroom has mold in the shower, and doors to the shower and to the bathroom itself don’t close because of poor installation, no stove, and outside of building is under...
