« Great stay »

« Would book again without hesitation. Wifi supported finishing work emails comfortably while resting in an air-conditioned room heated reliably at night as well. »

« Very nice clean and affordable price we enjoy a lot thank you so much »

« Beds felt firm yet comfortable so falling asleep fast after late evening driving wasn't an issue at all. »

« Perfect for my stay and price was attractive as well. Will look for this rental property again when coming back to this area. Home was clean, stocked more than a hotel, and provided several creatures comforts you find in a hotel. Would recommend to others. »

« The home is quaint and was clean, but badly needs new mattresses, bedding, and pillows. All rooms were musty and allergic. I think cleaner window air-conditioning units/filters would help. The suggestive paintings in the bedrooms are uncomfortable for teens. The family we went with was so uncomfortable that they booked a hotel. Communication was terrific. »

« Sandy was a great. We had a couple of hiccups with initial check in and some amenities and she was very responsive and fixed the issues immediately. I highly recommend this property for its space, location and property management. »

« The host was an excellent communicator, accommodating of my questions. The neighborhood was really nice and the game room area was fun. If the host decided to stock a few more towels it would be a boon (women tend to use 2 because of longer hair) but thats obviously a SUPER minor thing.Having fans in the topmost bedroom was a nice touch as...

« A comfortable, clean and well equipped house in a great location. The host was welcoming and the communication excellent.Highly recommend this house for a stay in Princeton. »

« Great property with lots of space and things to do. My large group had no issues with check in or comfort. Tom was also very easy to communicate with, and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this listing. »

« It could use a chair in the room. »

« Great location, great host communication! »

« It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . »

« Appreciated that they actually provided decent towels along with working TV remotes unlike some places where those items feel thrown in just because. Quick exit on checkout too! »
