« We had a great time over there. This house is very comfortable and we enjoyed resting while it was raining outside. The Finca is very nice and the families leaving there are very welcoming and kind. Although she wasn't there, Vera looked after us and tried to fix the internet. « Wow, what an incredible slice of heaven. Feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization. Waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning, dinner with Gregory (host) and sitting on the porch in the evening were highlights of the stay. It’s a commitment to get up and down the road and 4wd is essential. As such I’d recommend staying at least 2 nights w/o going down. Hosts offers horseback rides and guided hikes around the property. « This place was way up in the Pinilla Highlands but such a cool little spot. The pool had leaves in ot due to the winds but was very clean unlike some places we have stayed. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful little getaway. You could also see the howler money when you walked to the pool. The road getting to this little gem was a bit rough so you need a 4x4 vehicle for sure. Really close to Avellanas beach area and restaurants. A big plus! »

« This home is gorgeous! The kitchen has all the plates, pots, pans, accessories we needed for the final stop in our 10 day trip to Costa Rica. Truly, we were exhausted by the time we arrived to this property, so we only left once for a trip to the botanical garden but it was the perfect way to recharge before we flew home. « The house is in a neighborhood about halfway up one of the mountain roads from the town of Orosi. Overall, it's a fantastic house very comfortable for our party of 4.
