« Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. « Property itself was nice and fine but there were a number of small details lacking that made our stay less than ideal. For one, there were no blankets or pillows provided for the two extra pull out beds. The water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. The shampoo / conditioner dispensers in the showers were all but empty. And the treadmill in the gym is also non functional. The host was responsive before check in but when we raised some of the issues we were having, they did not respond until...

« El apto. es tal cual se ofrece en fotos, la seguridad para acceder genera confianza y tranquilidad. La ubicaciòn es perfecta para poder movilizarse hacia cualquier punto. Cuenta con varios restaurantes atravesando la calle, el ùnico inconveniente es que solo hay uno que ofrece desayunos y èste abre a partir de las 8:00 am. La comunicaciòn con Rodolfo fue sin inconvenientes, siempre hubo respuesta inmediata. En definitiva, lo recomiendo....... »

« Excellent lieu pour débuter et terminer un séjour près de l’aéroport de San José. En dépit de notre arrivée tardive, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Un grand merci! »

« Was a very cute condo with a cool building design and lots of little things throughout that made it 1 of a kind. The unit wasn’t very clean upon arrival and checking in with a vehicle proved to be quite a task. If you’re going to have a vehicle, make sure you address this ahead of time. We were told we could pay cash for a parking space but that was not the case, had to go back and forth with the host and the property while sitting outside the front gate for quite some time. »

« The apartment is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. There is a washer/dryer combo which was very useful upon retuning home. We spent most of our time outside of the property so we were unable to use the amenities such as the pool etc. but having them is definitely a plus. I also like the fact that the community is gated. »
