« Gate lock is messed up and we don't have a key to the gate. You have to reach inside to pseudo-unlock it from behind Screens on the sunroom are missing their locks, so anyone can gain access from outside Huge cockroaches, their babies, and their eggs are everywhere. All over the dishes, pots, pans, walls, floors, etc. Inside the drawers of the nightstands 3 of the first floor windows have no glass or screens, so we had to cover them with tape and trash bags to keep more insects from entering....

« Our experience in this amazing house in this special place in Pavones exceeded the expectations of all 8 friends who were there. We enjoyed the contact with nature, the pool that is always very well looked after, the ice bath and the table tennis court, in addition to the other comforts it offers. « This house has everything you need and host keeps it very clean. I was so impressed of how close to the beach it is and so sound it by nature; the sound of waves from the ocean was definitely a plus. When we first arrived the first thing we saw was two happy and cute monkeys on the very top of the matapalo tree. It made us take some time to start admiring the beauty of that place. « The property is wild and wonderful! They are really not joking about the trek to get in there, but that is part of why it's so great once you are there. That road is something, and then parking is a bit from the tree house. We saw all kinds of wildlife and enjoyed both sunny and stormy weather. It had an immersion feel for sure.
