« Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

« Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience!!! 5 ladies shared this property and didn't want to leave! Carlos, Gina and Tatiana were like family and we didn't want for anything!!! The house is AMAZING! Beautiful views from all angles. Hot tub, pool, seeing macaws fly overhead and meeting a family of monkeys up close ... while on the property was incredible! « Our host, Nina, greeted us upon arrival and was available throughout our stay. Very personable and helpful.The house was super clean and spacious for a family of 14. The kitchen was well equipped. A two-minute walk to the gorgeous beach that was perfect for beginner and intermediate surfing. Easy access to amenities of the town of Jaco by car or walking. Security was primo. We will come here again! »

« If you are a large family this is a great place. Great views from patio close to beaches, town and all the activities you want without a 3hr drive. Natalia was so easy to work with. We used her to book all our activities and she did not disappoint. They all where awesome and worth the money. Highly recommend the Chef service. Can’t say enough! « Picture perfect place.Location is great no outside noise, everything is close by.Place is exactly same as shown in booking website. All rooms Bed are comfy and clean. Looks like new bed and new furniture. Checking process was easy. Host is right on prompt with quick response. Nice and clean Pool is the great plus.Washer and dryer is very quick. Overall we all had fun, I will stay again and I recommend this place. »
