« Overall this is a really nice apartment and the staff were prompt to respond and also help with some minor issues we had during the stay. The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C. I understand that lack of AC is quite common in Europe and likely it wouldn't be an issue 95% of the time, but we were there during a bit of a minor heatwave and the last two days were particularly warm and...

« Loved our stay in this beautiful location. The studio had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The feather doonas and pillows were sumptuous and the bed was wonderful. We prepared our own meals in the studio and ate them out on the deck with views of Lake Brienz. Cindy, our host did everything to make our stay welcoming and easy to check in and out. « Endroit exceptionnel pour un séjour en famille une vue grandiose, un confort et un design contemporain et chaleureux. Il manquait un matelas pour le lit de bébé et un chaise haute, un luminaire supplémentaire dans le séjour serait à mon avis nécessaire mais cela n'a pas entaché notre enthousiasme pour ce logement »
