« Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. I felt safe would I stay there again possibly if I’m traveling alone yes but with a companion, I would probably stay somewhere that is more a traditional hotel. This review is not...

« Was a very cute condo with a cool building design and lots of little things throughout that made it 1 of a kind. The unit wasn’t very clean upon arrival and checking in with a vehicle proved to be quite a task. If you’re going to have a vehicle, make sure you address this ahead of time. We were told we could pay cash for a parking space but that was not the case, had to go back and forth with the host and the property while sitting outside the front gate for quite some time. »

« The property manager, Itza, was extremely friendly and accommodating (she's also an excellent masseuse!). We found that the room we booked was double-booked when we arrived but Itza was able to put us in another room (smaller with less amenities - no view of rainforest) for two of the four days we were there. The tour vans had difficulty reaching the apartments due to steep, narrow, and sharp turns. It's best to have a car because attractions, restaurants, and shopping are some distance away on...

« Conforme aux photos. Vue spendide. Tout équipement necessaire y est. Propre. Piscines au top et super bien entretenues. Plage a 2 pas, longue +++ et facile à marcher. Mer sans aucune algue. Relativement facilité de communication avec l'hôte. Parfait pour un couple avec ou sans enfants mais pas 2 couples (2e chambre petite avec peu de rangement et fenêtre qui donne sur le corridor et ascenseur). Je recommande vivement »
