« We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. »

« Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next...

« La base de lit (divisée en deux) était brisée, des barres de métal dépassaient sur le côté et auraient pu nous blesser. Les meubles étaient vieux et abimés, c'était dû pour un bon époussettage. Pas de wifi sécurisé. Le petit déjeuner était par contre très bien. Aucun bon restaurant dans le secteur, juste de la restauration rapide. Une destination à oublier pour nous. »

« room was absolutely disgusting. you get what you pay for. the floor was nasty and greasy. stains on the bed sheets and towels. the bed had a couple short hairs that was NOT mine. the bed frame was broken and the nightstands connected to the bed frame broke off when i sat at the end of the bed. the phone wasn’t even connected to anything. just for decoration. never again. very important you check the reviews before booking!!! »

« Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. »
