« We had the best time staying here. The house was perfectly located and super cozy! The owners communicated very well. Parking was a bit tight but we made use of the garage. We drive smaller SUV's, not sure larger vehicles would have fit. Kitchen was well stocked. It's an easy 20 min walk to the activity on Broadway. There is an amazing coffee shop and a corner market with very reasonable prices a block and half away. »

« This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. « Highly recommend this listing - so many comforts from home and more than we even realized we needed. Thank you for having multiple rooms to lounge and relax in after a day at the beach. We enjoy the many books the rental had to offer and even completed on of their puzzles. The beach just a few blocks away down a beautiful path and felt secluded as this is not as popular of a shoreline as nearby towns. »

« This was a perfect little cottage for 2 small families! There is an additional twin size bed downstairs and a small fold out mattress that was perfect for our 8 year old to sleep on comfortably while sharing a room with us. The fenced in backyard was great for the little guys to play in and the walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We could also walk to the little boardwalk town area for food and shopping. (Stop and get a foot massage while in town, so amazing!) and it was a 5 min walk....
