« Very comfortable and well furnished flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and free parking. Great communication and very convenient location for the train station, football ground or Wolverhampton centre »

« The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. « Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry! »
