Stroll on the beach, admire the Film Festival Palace, enjoy an espresso at one of the many coffee shops along Cannes bustling streets, shop at the Galleries Lafayette, dine at a top French restaurant, sip an after dinner drink .... and enjoy all of this one or two blocks from your modern air conditioned well appointed apartment. The home is set as an open loft. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen, and small dining corner. The double bedroom is not separate and therefore gives onto the open space of the living room, kitchen and the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people. The double bedroom is open onto the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with full appliances, full fridge/freezer oven, kettle, coffee machine and microwave.
The small bathroom has a shower room. The toilet is separate. There is also a good WIFI connection, flatscreen TV.

Around the apartment- should you wish to cook you can get all what you need from the famous 'Forville Market' which is a stroll away, ideal for your fresh fruits vegetables and flower. Carrefour Market is a street away, ideal for every day shopping. For breakfast you can choose from the various coffee/Croissant and fresh baguette shops just a stone away from the apartment.
If you are coming for the Cannes Film Festival or any other congresses and conferences (MIPIM, MIPCOM, MIPTV, Boat show etc.) The apartment is within steps away from the Palais, La Croisette, restaurants and beaches. If you wish to take a day trip to Italy the train station is also near or perhaps a boat trip to Marguerite Island.... all you fancy is few steps away. The space has WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace (desk and chair), smoke detector, essentials, iron, iron board, hangers & hairdryer.
