Please note: a train track runs through the town of Canmore and directly along the length of the building. With the patio door open it can be fairly noisy. We have provided noise-reducing curtains in both bedrooms. For light sleepers, we recommend earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on building premises! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Guests must adhere to all provincial and city fire bans, including the prohibition of open fires, fireworks, and smoking during restricted periods.
