VIEWS - VIEWS -VIEWS! see all of Canmore's favourite peaks from your balconies. No luxury has been overlooked in this 3 Bedroom plus converted Den with 3 Bathrooms condo, built in 2022, that comfortably sleeps 10. (note: you can sleep 12 as we have furnished the den area with an additional bunk bed, but this room is small and does not have windows)
The Space:
The condo interior is approximately 1800 sq feet and has geothermal in-floor heating and a central air conditioning system.
Enjoy 12’+ ceilings in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms, a large 7’ marble kitchen island with white oak floors, two private balconies, and all new furniture throughout.
Living room: Enjoy movie night on a 65” TV & sound bar cuddled by the stone gas fireplace. The living room offers plenty of space with a massive 8’ couch and two twin sleeper sofas that each seat two people.
Walk out to a large balcony with amazing south facing views of the Three Sisters and the Fairholm Range and seating for four, but it can accommodate more.
Chef’s Dream Gourmet Kitchen features a large, 7’ island with seating for three, waterfall sides and white marble counters The fully equipped kitchen also comes with:
- 5-burner gas range with oven,
- garbage disposal,
- dishwasher,
- built-in microwave,
- large 33” kitchen sink, and
- refrigerator/freezer.
Dining room features a 96” long dining table with seating for 10 perfect for family time or fabulous dinner parties. There is additional seating at the kitchen island.
Bedrooms: Two Master King Bedrooms, a 3rd bedroom and Den converted into a small overflow bunk bed room. All bedroom windows have blackout curtains for the late summer days when the sun doesn't set till 10 - 11pm!
King Bedroom #1 includes a private ensuite with large shower, soaker bathtub, double sinks, and comfort-height counters. This bedroom has its own private balcony with outdoor patio furniture for two. A 55” smart TV and walk-in closet complete this space.

Bedroom #3 - With amazing views of the Three Sisters, this room has two sets of twin bunk beds to sleep four. This room also has walk-in closet.
Den has one bunk bed. This is a small room with no windows, great for extra kids or friends. (refer to picture)
Main Bathroom has a toilet, large shower and comfort-height counters.
A 47" folding desk and chair can be setup in any room for those who want to remote work from the mountains.
Free Parking – 2 Underground Heated Parking Stalls with easy elevator access to the condo floor. Parking entrance is 7'3" / 2.2M. In addition, two EV Chargers in the underground parkade are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Spring Creek Amenities & Perks include:
Hot tub - after your mountain adventures soak in the building's shared hot tub with beautiful mountain views. Hot tub hours are 8am - 10pm. (subject to closures for maintenance)
Work out / gym - Keep your workouts on track.
EV Charging Station for electric vehicles on first come first serve basis. (see photos)
Shared coin laundry facility on the parkade level
Skating pond - Enjoy a family skate or a little Canadian hockey with the skating pond just outside the building! (Winter only, and a nice pond in the summer)
Courtyard with ample bike parking
Easy walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, the river and many walking trails.
Views: Amazing south-facing with views of the Three Sisters, Ha Ling Peak, Miner's Peak.
Other things to note:
There is no laundry in the condo, but there is central coin laundry room area in the building.
There is no outdoor BBQ grill.
The hot tub, gym, EV chargers and laundry area are shared building amenity spaces and are available on a first come / first serve basis.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
