Living Room & Kitchen

Welcome to our vibrant living space! As you step in, the kitchen area awaits on your left, fully equipped with all your cooking needs; Barista, Microwave, Smart Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven & Gas Hob, Kettle, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Wine Glasses, Knives & Forks, Cooking Equipment, and much more.

To your right, our 7ft Pool/Dining Table beckons, promising hours of delightful fun with friends and family while dining and playing. For added entertainment, we have the remarkable Samsung MX-T70 sound system that serenades you indoors and in the garden, a bookshelf stocked with board games, books, and more. And, don't forget our Water cooler that quenches your thirst with cold, room temperature, and hot clean water.

Finally, right in front of you, is our cosy living area with a designer couch and a TV setup complete with an Xbox Series S, ready to play with two controllers. A great place to chill, with Netflix & Disney+ subscriptions.

The Pool/ Dining table has a ceiling fan directly above it and the room also has an AC. There is also a Toilet that is attached to this room with easy access from the Garden and Living Area.

The room has a 6m sliding door opening out to the Pool & Garden.

Terrace, Garden & Pool

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! This spot is our ultimate fave - a 9x3m Swimming Pool that comes with floaties and even a sunken seat! Our garden area is another gem, packed with a BBQ, sun loungers, drinks cooler, and a lush range of palm trees, flowers and plants that wrap around the entire space. It's like your own little jungle, ready to be explored!

But wait, there's more! When the sun sets, switch on the outside lights to transform the garden and pool area into a magical wonderland with spotlights, RGB LED's, and Neon Lights!

As you step out of the living area, soak in the cosy and colourful seating area with a couch, coffee table, and two chairs. And, oh my, the pièce de résistance - our beautiful Red Peacock Chair with its own portable laptop desk! Perfect for those odd emails or just relaxing and clicking Insta-worthy pics!

To add to the comfort of this spot, we have both ceiling and floor fans, making it the ultimate chill-out zone even on the hottest of days.

Driveway & Entrance

Our driveway has enough space to fit 1 Car and 3 Motorbikes. The front entrance to the property has a smart door lock with Code Access so you can self check-in and not have to worry about losing your key throughout your holiday.

Master Bedroom & Ensuite

Get ready to cosy up in our luxurious master bedroom, spanning a whopping 5.5 x 3.5 meters (19.25m2 or 207 sq. ft). The bedroom comes fully equipped with a king-size bed, extra cushions, and bedside tables, all decked out in our signature pink and red theme. Not to mention, a jaw-dropping 75" smart TV with Netflix & Disney+ and a USB charging dock are at your fingertips. Plus, you'll have a storage cabinet to stash your stuff and a AC unit to keep you cool.

The bedroom also boasts a stunning ensuite featuring a sleek concrete sink and unit, huge mirrors, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. And the cherry on top? A walk-in wardrobe to store all your outfits. We've got you covered with towels, toiletries, even a hairdryer and clothes steamer, guaranteed to leave you looking and feeling like royalty.

2nd Bedroom & Ensuite

The second bedroom is a true marvel, featuring a King Size bed and nifty bedside tables. Measuring at a spacious 5x3.5m (17.5m2 or 188sq. ft), this dreamy haven is equipped with a 65" smart TV that brings you Netflix & Disney+ galore, plus handy USB docks to keep your devices charged and ready. The TV is flanked by some stunning Balinese art pieces that add a pop of colour to the space. And if you need a workspace, there's a desk with a smart monitor and HDMI hook-up by the window.

The ensuite bathroom is a breath-taking sight, with its own unique style and theme. It features a sleek Concrete sink and walk-in shower featuring hand made designer tiles and sliding doors that lead to your very own private bathroom garden. Talk about a shower with a view!

3rd Bedroom & Ensuite

Welcome to the ultimate fun zone, a bedroom that's perfect for both grown-ups and kids alike! Stretching over 4.5x3.5m (15.75m2 or 169sq. ft), this room comes with its very own King Size bed, complete with bedside buddies - hand-carved stone Nike Air Jordan lamps (there's even a mini stone Nike Air Jordan collection in the living area leading to this room - it's mind-blowing!). You'll also have a 65" smart TV, loaded with all the subscriptions you need, and a wardrobe to keep your threads in order.



The ensuite is a whole new world, with a unique theme and a concrete sink. The walk-in shower is truly a masterpiece, with designer hand-made tiles, and sliding doors that lead out to a private garden. It's like showering under the stars, but without the bugs!

Cleaning

Our cleaners work their magic on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. They'll also change your sheets and towels once a week.

Our garden and pool are in the hands of a seasoned pro who's been sprucing them up for over 8 years. He'll sprinkle his magic on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, leaving your outdoor retreat sparkling like new.
