The villa is quietly located. It is not on a busy street. There are no construction works so you can really relax in this villa both during the day and in the evening.

Everything you need is within walking distance: nice restaurants and cafes (Copenhagen, Nüde, Motion Fitness Foods and many more). Great gyms and sports facilities, such as Obsidian Gym, Elite Fit Bali and Jungle Padel Pererenan. Launderette, scooter rental and supermarket also nearby.

With approx. 10 minutes on the scooter you can go to Batu Bolong beach, Pererenan Beach or Berawa beach. Here you will also find the well-known beach clubs such as Finns, La Brisa and Atlas. This is also a perfect base for exploring the tourist highlights of Bali.

Everything is included: cleaning, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, drinking water.

The villa is a very complete, luxurious and new villa. We have tried to make it as pleasant as possible for our guests and provide many amenities in the house.

Spacious kitchen with dining table, lounge area with television, two bedrooms each with a double bed and each with its own bathroom with toilet. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe in which you can hang and put everything. Outside there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower and a luxurious bath. If you have a lot of stuff with you, there is a storage room. In the villa there are children's supplies such as; a baby bed, high chair and toys. We can also arrange a pool fence (for an additional cost). Please indicate in advance if the children's supplies are required, so that we can prepare them for you.

Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans + air conditioning. The living room has a large table with electricity point and USB port, where you can work comfortably.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook or have a delicious dinner. There is a large dining table for 4 people. In the cozy sitting area, with smart TV, you can relax wonderfully.

Scooters can be parked at the front of the house (private scooter parking).

The villa is entirely for you. You can park at the villa with your motorbike. Maximum size of the motorbike: nmax or PCX. Anything smaller is also fine. An xmax or other bigger motorbike is more challenging, because of the small gang. Then the xmax or other bigger motorbike should be parked on the main road. You can be dropped off near the villa by car. This villa has no car parking. Checking in is easy and whenever you want. You will receive the code for the digital lock in advance, so you can always get in. So no key is needed.

It's important for us that you have a nice time in the villa! We are always available via this chat, whats app and telephone. Our team consisting of Wayan and Suma can also be reached via whats app. Wayan and Suma take care of the cleaning and manage the villa. They are present at the house approx. 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and can always help you if necessary.

Cleaning at least 4 times a week. The cleaners are usually present between 10:00-15:00 (they are busy cleaning for about 1 hour each time).

Gardener twice a week.

You can put your waste in the garbage container if you have a lot of waste (and our cleaning has not yet cleaned it up).

Scooters can be parked in front of the house (private scooter parking). The parking is limited in size, 1 or 2 scooters fit in the parking and 1 or 2 scooters in the garden. Very large scooters or motorcycles fit difficult, they have to be parked on the street.

Drinking water, clean towels and bed linen are included. Bed linen changed once a week. Towels if they are on the floor.
