BEDROOM & BATHROOM
When your long, lazy days come to an end you can retire to one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms, complete with an en suite for ultimate privacy. Each oversized bedroom has its own blissfully comfortable king-sized bed, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep.

The master bedroom features double doors that open straight out onto the terrace, so you can enjoy the cross breeze and the view of the stunning pool from the comfort of your bed.
The second bedroom also have a beautiful view of the pool and garden, featured king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom features twin beds – that can be converted into king size bed – is the room next to beautiful garden with the sun loungers to kick up your heels and enjoy a quiet moment or an ice cold drink.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
You’ll find everything you need to cook up a feast or whip up delicious cocktails in the massive modern kitchen.
The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essential tools and appliances you can think of, including double door fridge, ice dispenser, oven and stove. If you’re not feeling like cooking yourself, why not call in one of our trusted chefs to do it for you? Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room, overlooking the pool.

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit. So you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

Interaction with Guests:
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything. Just give the manager a call on the included villa phone.

The Neighborhood:
The house is a two-minute walk to some of Bali's most beautiful beaches as well as excellent surf spots.

Walk to the buzzy Finn’s Beach Club, or cycle five minutes to a selection of top quality restaurants in the Berawa or Batu Bolong areas.

A newbie to surfing? Want to enjoy a stunning sunset? Fancy dinner by the beach? Berawa beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included.
- Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate).
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- Parking available for scooter only.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
