Copper Society - Parlor 18 Speakeasy

Copper Society is a newly updated modern home located 30 seconds from “The Farm” wedding venue and just 15 minutes from downtown. Copper Society is a perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway. You'll have a relaxing yet modern stay in this two level home that features an open living area, awesome game room, outdoor dining, fire pit & access to Parlor 18.
As soon as you step foot into the newly updated Copper Society, you will immediately feel the eclectic vibes through the house. In the living room, you'll be greeted by the comfiest sectional sofa that will invite you to crash and binge your favorite show on the 70" Samsung TV ready for your streaming.

As you proceed to the dining room, it will be impossible miss the beautiful 10ft table, that seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen has a wide area for many cooks in the kitchen with a dual-brew coffee station with fresh ground coffee, and a variety of k-cups, sugars and creamers and a milk frother! The kitchen is fully stocked to make a great meal, we’ve also supplied you with a cast iron skillet, toaster, blender, hand mixer with plenty of bakeware to whip up your favorite recipe.

Through the French door’s, we hope you'll enjoy the newly built outdoor deck with an outdoor dinning table that seats 8, lounge area and propane grill. If the plants look thirsty you're more than welcome to give them some water.

Down the hallway to your right, you will find the Primary Ensuite with Art-Deco Vibes. The stand out black velvet headboard supports a 12” King Memory Foam mattress with the softest sheets to have a great nights sleep, the bedroom has a 50” Samsung Smart TV. The primary bathroom has been updated with modern black and gold features. In the primary closet you will find a pack n’ play with a memory foam mattress insert and sheets for your little one.

To the left of the primary bedroom is the bunk room with a 55” Samsung Smart TV. There are two bunk beds, each of the 4 beds has a 12” memory foam mattress with a 400 pound capacity (and therefore adult friendly). The bedroom at the end of the hallway has a 12” Queen memory foam mattress (this room does not have a TV). The guest bathroom at the end of the hallway has been updated with modern wood, black & gold features.

We also supply Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap & Towels. (Please note both bathrooms are on the main upstairs level)

Need a workstation? We got you! Head downstairs and you will find a beautiful wood rattan desk that looks out to the backyard. Behind the desk is an awesome Queen Murphy bed with a 10” memory foam mattress.

In the laundry room you will find new Samsung Washer & Dryer, Broom, Iron & Ironing Board & Samsung Vacuum (please place back on the charger after using). We provide free & clear laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Ready to have some fun? Walk through the French doors you will find the game room where you can challenge someone to a round of pool, darts or shuffleboard. The game room has a 65” Samsung Smart TV and in the entertainment cabinet you will find a bunch of board games.

Wait.. is that a secret door..? Shhhh… Welcome to Parlor 18, the only vacation home that has speakeasy. Parlor 18 was designed with prohibition vibes, the vintage bar is stocked with all the drink ware and tools to mix up your favorite drink, but remember its a speakeasy, so Shhhhhh!
