Please note: the nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. Additional guests will incur an extra fee.

Bedroom 4 (top floor): Two full beds (sleeps 4)
Game room: Up to 3 extra beds (on request, fee applies)

Only registered guests allowed (no visitors). Unauthorized entry = $250 fee.
Guest bracelets required for entry.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties, DJs, or loud events.
No pets. No smoking indoors ($500 fine).
Decorations only with approval (no tape, glitter, or confetti).
Report any damage during your stay.
Hanging items on balconies not allowed (condo fines apply to guest).
No commercial filming/photoshoots without prior approval.
Utility outages (internet, water, power) beyond our control → no refunds.
