« The house was clean tidy and quiet in a lovely position »

« Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we...

« They didn't send check in information, through stayz took 4hrs to reply on chat, had a number on invoice so ran that about 5 times(fellow was super helpful and sorted us immediately )between check in process. Carpark nightmare to find spot and right elevator, instructions wrong. No milk,fridge crisper and some areas could of been cleaner. Tiolet seat broken. Great spot once were settled. »

« Parking was terrible. Didn’t want to park my car facing a kids ball activities area. Also couldn’t see out the driveway to the road pass the 2 trade cars. Dangerous. Dining chairs very uncomfortable. Accommodation was nice but due to the parking I probably wouldn’t stay again »
