« Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of. »

« We were involved in a sporting tournament at the Phillip Ice arena and this was the perfect location. So close and the building had great recovery facilities with the pool and sauna. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with everything we needed. The view was incredible and made down time a treat. The instructions for parking were clear and detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place. »

« This is a lovely property in a good location. It could do with some additional cutlery in the kitchen and some new linen but it was very clean and comfortable. There is no heating in the living areas but the heating in the bedrooms, if left on, will heat these areas. Bathroom is toasty warm with underfloor heating. Garage is very small and our tiny Mazda 2 only just fitted in »

« The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality. We loved the secure basement parking, quiet complex, clean and fast lifts. There's a large shopping centre across the road. Only notes to make - the washing machine had a musty smell, there were only highly-perfumed laundry sheets for washing (so we bought our own) and there were no pegs (but we had brought...

« It’s amazing place to stay. Love the area and cozy place. It’s just the induction stove is hard to operate and dryer is now working. Check in is a bit random far from the entry where parking outside is not easy. »
