This is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Kingston Foreshore, just a short stroll from some of Canberra's best restaurants and bars. Please check out the full listing information as most our frequently asked questions (FAQs) are answered there.

This Kingston Foreshore apartment overlooks the building's centre courtyard and is easily accessible by lift. It has a generously sized living area with separate bedroom and separate bathroom.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage..

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:
- integrated fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- integrated dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV and a comfortable couch. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to local channels. There is also reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning in the apartment.

LAUNDRY:
The washer-dryer combo is available to use, as well as iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
Street Parking: some visitor parking on the street, although this may be shared between a number of complexes and / or the General public.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

UPDATE NOTICE – INTEMITTENT HIGH PITCHED NOISE
There may be an intermittent high-pitched noise due to ongoing maintenance in the building. Plumbers are replacing pressure reduction valves across all units from Monday, 28th April, with work expected to continue for 2–3 weeks.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages .
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
