Welcome to Wildflower, a modern apartment in Kingston, just steps from the foreshore, cafés, restaurants, shops, and the lake. With lift access, a carpark, and a private balcony, it offers a comfortable, convenient base for relaxing and exploring Canberra.
You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has double sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. During your stay, you will have access to:

- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- coffee machine
- electric kettle
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features an LG 50` Smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
NOTE: This TV is connected to the subwoofer system. To enable the sound, please turn on the subwoofer using the DENON remote.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The carpark offers one dedicated parking space. Free street parking is also available on Kennedy & Leichhardt St (2–3 hours) and Dawes St (30 minutes), along with over 20 visitor spaces inside the garage.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s library throughout your stay.
These spaces are managed by building management and may be closed without prior notice; while we strive to provide accurate information, please refer to building announcements upon arrival to confirm their availability
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Getting around this apartment on Dawes Street, Kingston, is simple and convenient. The neighbourhood is very walkable, with nearby bus stops along Wentworth Avenue and Eyre Street providing easy access to major routes across Canberra. From these stops, you can reach the city centre, Woden, and the lakeside foreshore precinct in just a few minutes.
For those who prefer walking or cycling, the area is perfectly suited for exploring on foot or by bike. Scenic paths along Lake Burley Griffin are just a short stroll away, offering pleasant lakeside walks or rides. The Kingston Shops precinct and local cafés are also within easy walking distance, making daily errands or dining trips effortless.
If guests plan to drive, the neighbourhood has a well-laid-out road network with straightforward access to the city and surrounding suburbs. Parking within the SALT complex may have limitations, so it’s important to note the difference between guest and resident parking, and to follow local street parking rules.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

We want your stay to be seamless and enjoyable from the moment you book. Here`s everything you need to know:
**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
