The property includes approximately 175 feet of waterfront, natural swimming areas, two small beaches, and a beautiful lakeside stone fireplace. The lake is right outside your door, and guests have plenty of ways to enjoy it. Four kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, and a Sunfish sailboat are available for guest use, making it easy to explore the shoreline, paddle in the morning calm, or enjoy an afternoon on the water. If you would like to spend a day boating, rent a larger boat from a nearby marina or bring your own.

Outside, the large backyard offers room for kids to play and adults to unwind. The private lake-view patio is perfect for coffee, leisurely meals, or evening cocktails overlooking the water. Fire up the grill or pizza oven for an outdoor meal with Canandaigua Lake as the backdrop.

The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
