Entering the great room, wall-to-wall picture windows allow for you to enjoy lake views sun up, 'til sun down. An open kitchen is perfect for cooking in luxury. Cherry cabinetry and beautiful granite counter tops will have the chef of your group bursting with joy. A voluminous supply of cooking and eating ware allow you to feel like the “hostess with the mostess,” while making meals and memories with your favorite people. Bring your favorite board games, a favorite book or just enjoy catching up with one another all while taking in the views from outside. If you forget yours at home, there's a stock of games and books available at the house to choose from for your entertaining and relaxing pleasure. A dining table with bar area provides the perfect touch to a luxurious evening in while you're playing pool or a game of poker!

Outside, guests have multiple areas of places to retreat to and enjoy time with one another. Bring your favorite yard games from home and run about the large grassy backyard. Bring a book and cozy up on a chair off the foyer; this area offers much afternoon shade! Off the lower level of the house a hot tub allows you to relax and unwind after a day of adventuring around the Finger Lakes.

At the lakefront, a panoramic view of Canandaigua Lake is sure to tug on your heart for years to come. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
9. Belle Maison is located in a residential area and parking is tight. Please refrain from bringing additional vehicles. Turn around in neighboring driveways is prohibited.
