Indulge in a peaceful and secluded getaway, just a short 10-minute drive away from city amenities, nestled between Canal Fulton and Massillon. Experience the beauty of nature as you admire stunning pond views from the living room, master bedroom, and the inviting deck complete with a grill. Step outside and discover a serene oasis surrounded by trees, featuring an Amish-built swing, a cozy fire pit, and ample tranquility. This recently renovated home offers three comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living room. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and recharge—book now for your well-deserved getaway!

The living room and master bedroom offer breathtaking views of the pond, providing a serene and picturesque ambiance. You can easily access the back deck from both spaces, allowing you to enjoy grilling and relaxation in the midst of this tranquil setting. Please note that the pond on our property is shallower and not meant for fishing or swimming. However, we are less than half a mile from the Erie Canal, which is great for fishing!

Conveniently, the home is located less than 10 minutes away from Clay's Park Resort, which features a swimming lake and a plethora of activities for kids that we highly recommend exploring. Additionally, Clay's Park hosts concerts throughout the year, so be sure to check their schedule before your arrival for a chance to enjoy live music during your stay.

Access to the main floor is via approximately 15 steps from the garage. All bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are conveniently situated on this main floor, ensuring easy navigation and convenience.

To ensure a restful night's sleep, we provide comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, catering to both business travelers and families seeking a relaxing stay.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire house, yard, garage, and the enchanting pond located in the backyard.

đŸ€« Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

đŸŸ A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
đŸš« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

I would recommend this home

I would recommend this home as it is in a peaceful quiet location and is exactly what you are looking for if you want some tranquility. The hosts were top notch and I got immediate responses to questions both before and during our stay. It was very clean and well kept with all the amenities of home.

Nice house away from it all

Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay visiting family. The house was super clean and well stocked. Beautiful peaceful view of the pond. It was so nice to be able to have down time during the day. The beds were very comfortable. 4 adults and one bathroom took some scheduling but was definitely doable. The location is a bit remote but still close enough to activities and shopping. For us it was perfect.

Perfect setup and location for a weekend stay in Ohio!

We came to stay in Ohio to view the total solar eclipse and visit with family who live nearby. From the very beginning when I found the house, Dan was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Upon arrival, the house was newly updated, very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend away. We loved that the house was tucked away back from the road and had a lot of grounds to explore and walk our dog. My kids enjoyed the path around the house and pond. My parents stayed with us and the house allowed plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, we loved the beautiful kitchen at the center also! The first night we ate at the Miller Doan Tavern in town, food was delicious and staff super friendly. Thank you for making traveling easy, if we are ever back in Ohio we would love to stay with you again!

This was a very nice property, very secluded in private, which was not a qualifier for us, but maybe for some. We were there on work assignment and staying in a VRBO so much nicer than a hotel and more economical
